I design learning experiences that meet people where they are and move them forward. With a background in instructional design, UX/UI, and multimedia production, I build courses that are evidence-based, visually polished, and aligned to real-world outcomes.
My work centers on adult learners navigating transitions from higher education, workforce development, or professional upskilling. I apply ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Evaluation, and accessibility to ensure every design decision connects back to measurable learning goals.
Currently I'm completing an M.A. in Instructional Technology & Learning Sciences (ITLS) at Utah State University (December 2026).
Good instructional design is invisible. When a course material works, learners don't notice the scaffolding, they just feel capable, confident, and ready to apply what they've learned.
I approach every project by starting with the learner: Who are they? What do they already know? What's getting in their way? From there, I build instruction that is purposeful, using visual design and interaction to reduce cognitive load, not add to it.
My UX/UI background shapes how I think about course architecture: navigation should feel intuitive, content should breathe, and every learner interaction should serve a reason. The result is e-learning that doesn't just deliver information, instead it builds lasting competency.
Lastly I bring hands-on experience with WCAG-aligned accessibility practices and a track record of leading and mentoring higher education teams, from student organizations to cross-functional event planning.
